In December of 2001, DBR’s personal injury lawyers obtained a jury verdict in the amount of ten million dollars in the case of Butrum v. Rosemont Tavern. The drunk driver was consuming alcohol while working as a bartender and later caused a crash that resulted in a severe traumatic brain injury to a young boy. The verdict, one of the largest jury verdicts in the state of Indiana at the time, helped preserve the dignity and future care of the injured child.
